9. The explanations given by the Colonial Treasurer for the various Increases and Decreases of revenue collected, in comparison to the Estimated Revenus can be accepted as being accurate.

10. The sums of $21,508.21 and $62 have been collec- ted during the year under "Companies Local Register" and "Companies Authorisation" respectively, for which no provisions were made in the Estimates. The collec- tions are authorised by Ordinance 16 of 1907.

11. During the year $11,460.60 was collected under this head, but was transferred to "Charge on account of "Public Debt, Int: on Advance, Railway Construction". The same procedure was adopted in the previous year.

12. A statement is attached showing the arrears out- standing on December 31st 1908. These have all since been collected with the exception of $159 outstanding under Crown Rent, which is pending litigation.

13. The heads of Expenditure shown in the annual Statement have been examined from the monthly journal and ledger entries and found in order.
